RETURNS POLICY

Contact us for Return Authorization.  No returns will be accepted without Return Authorization.

• Unused items may be returned within 21 days of purchase receipt for a full refund.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Return shipping is on us only if there was an error in filling your order or the product is deemed defective.

Returns will be processed as quickly as possible once we have the returned items in hand.

SHIPPING POLICY

We utilize UPS when shipping your order.

Shipping to the US addresses only.  For international shipping, contact us directly for charges and availability.

Expedited shipping:  Contact us if you require expedited services for times and charges.  We will accommodate your requests as best we can.

Shipping dates based on availability of stock on hand at time of order.

Local Pick-up is available at checkout.  You will be notified via email when the order is ready for pick-up.  Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase.  Pick-up orders must be picked up within 60 days of purchase.
